Immediate same day rush service - add $25.00 to the rush fee (Out of State - add $50.00)
Matrimonials and requests for personal in-hand service are twice the normal fee ($120).
Please Note: Due to the structure of New York City's transit system we are forced to charge a $20 premium for remote locations that require additional transportation (ie. railroad or taxi)
When Essential Services performs service, we discount the Purchase of Index Number and Affidavit filing charges.
As a courtesy to our customers we do not charge to file the affidavit of service when we already charged for the purchase of the Index Number. However, when service is out of New York City or if Essential Services didn't purchase the Index Number we cannot guarantee this courtesy.
